Evaluation
Submissions will be evaluated on the basis of open source content, relevance to the conference attendees, and interest or novelty of the proposed topic. The conference committee will be the final arbiter of acceptance of submissions.
Submissions will be posted publicly on the conference web site, to allow the community and conference registrants to review them. This will give the committee the information to choose submissions of high relevance to potential attendees and to choose appropriately sized rooms for popular presentations.
